Our story
Building lasting value.
Vleraine Capital is a privately held real estate investment company founded by two brothers. Our story began in Albania and grew through entrepreneurship, investment, and businesses built on trust.
Our name draws from the Albanian word vlerë—value or worth. That idea guides how we look at each property: what it can become, what it needs, and how a considered renovation can make it work better for the people who call it home.
Today, we focus on residential real estate in the United States, combining acquisition, project planning, construction, and renovation under one thoughtful process.
